Sociology @ ProQuest | Selected ProQuest databases for Sociology. View Full Description |
You can search for both print books and e-books in our new platform, Omni. Omni will search the holdings of all libraries at Wilfrid Laurier University, the University of Waterloo, and the University of Guelph, or you can extend your search to the 14 other Ontario Universities collaborating with us to provide better service. You can borrow print book you find in Omni, and you can access e-books you find in Omni too, from both on-campus and off-campus. Only ebook titles that Laurier owns access to will be displayed.
- To limit your search to only books, select Resource Type in the left bar and choose Books & eBooks and then click on "Apply filter". I often find it useful to sort the resulting list by "Date newest" which shows you the most recently published book first.
Sociology books are found on our 6th floor, in the HM call number area. To see which call numbers go on which floor, you can use our floor maps guide (it’s on our website under “Locations” > “Floor plans”).
