Euromonitor International's Global Market Information database (GMID) is a database of market research on countries, markets and companies. It provides country demographics and economic conditions; consumer lifestyle profiles; sales volume, value and forecasts for retail products; major brands and companies. Data may come from national statistics offices, inter-governmental bodies, trade associations, industry study groups, journals and trade literature.
Laurier Library provides access to this through our consortium, OCUL. There was an upgrade to the interface for this resource implemented on 2021-10-25 and then another on 2023-10-30.
