This collection includes thousands of monographic titles (typically books) from the 13th century through 1923 from the American Theological Library Association (Atla), including many volumes in Aramaic, Arabic, Greek, Hebrew and other languages besides English. Subject coverage primarily religious language development, religion in America, conflict with science, Eastern religions, and religious identification.
Access to the content of this material is through the regular EBSCOhost interface, allowing basic keyword searching and advanced searching of multiple fields (such as author, title, subject, source, etc.) combined with Boolean operators, with limits such as publication type, published date, document type, whether it has illustrations, and publication title.
Laurier Library has provided access to series 1 and 2 since April 2016:
- Series 1: 13th Century through the 1893 World Parliament of Religions
