New Accessibility Tool: SensusAccess

SensusAccess, a text remediation tool, is now available. Use it to upload a document and add accessibility to it automatically. For additional accessibility, the Library also has an improved alternate format service for people with print disabilities.

The Library Undergraduate Research Award Committee has announced this year's award winners, for work done in 2022. Congratulations to the award recipients!

New Article Processing Charges Covered by the Library

The Library has four new agreements that cover Article Processing Charges (APC). They are

  1. PLOS APCs are now covered for all PLOS journals
  2. Wiley - APCs are now covered for all hybrid journals
  3. Canadian Science Publishing - 5 journals have full APCs coverage and the remaining have a 25% discount

Due to weather conditions, the waterloo and Brantford campus libraries, as well as the Faculty of Social Work Library at Kitchener will be closed until 12 noon February 23, 2023.

Public Talk: Donna Morrisey, Edna Staebler Writer-in-Residence

Updated: Extended Library Hours During Fall Exam Period

The Waterloo campus library will be open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week during fall exam period (Thursday December 8th to Thursday December 22nd) to support our students.

Mask-Only Instruction and Study Spaces in the Library

Laurier has designated that masks are required for any indoor activity that is part of academic course delivery...
