Updated: Extended Library Hours During Fall Exam Period

Published:

Looking for a place to study on campus? The Waterloo campus library is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week from Thursday December 8th to Thursday December 22nd.

New: the Library will be moving to controlled access by One Card tap between the hours of 12:00am midnight and 8:30am until December 22. You will need your One Card to access the Library during these hours.

Reminder: The Waterloo Library mask policy requires wearing masks on the 3rd and 4th floors, as well as the archival reading room, learning lab L-207, library makerspace L-205, and in instructional room L-314.

We have quiet places where you can work alone, such as study carrels and individual study rooms. We also have group study rooms that you can book for your group.

Please note that the library user services desk is open until 9 pm each weeknight and 11 am to 5 pm on weekends.

Seeking Silent Seven!

Our quietest floor is floor 7. Please ensure you are considerate of your fellow students who prefer silence to concentrate. Ahhh, the sound of silence.
