Using the supplied packaging and label, users may return items by dropping them at a Canada Post office or a convenient mailbox.

The Scan on Demand service is available to Laurier faculty, graduate students, and undergraduates, providing a quick and convenient method to request digital copies of journal articles or book chapters from the Laurier Library Waterloo collection. Requests can be placed from the Omni catalogue and are delivered directly via email.

You can request print books or other circulating items through Omni, and staff will get them from the shelves for you to pick up at your local library.

The library provides an Interlibrary loan service which can be used to obtain research materials (books, journal articles, etc.) from a wide range of sources outside of Laurier. Requests can be submitted through the Omni catalogue.
