Description
If a student who has registered with the Accessible Learning Centre (ALC) after June 15th, 2025 and tries to reserve an ALC Individual Study Room, message will appear "You are not eligible to book this resource" and are prevented from booking the room.
Alternatives
Contact Library User Services at libraryhelp@wlu.ca or 548-889-3766 to book the room manually.
Reason
A bug in the room booking system is preventing the updating of data for who is eligible to book ALC rooms.
Duration
We expect the issue to be resolved by July 4th at the latest.
