Room 613

Students registered with the Accessible Learning Centre can reserve room 613 on the Waterloo campus library’s 6th floor.

Service disruption noticed
  • June 15, 2025: A software bug is occasionally causing a disruption in the room booking service.
    • Occasionally, when students registered with the Accessible Learning Centre try to book a room, they will be blocked and get a message "You are not eligible to book this resource".   
    • Alternative: Contact Library User Services at libraryhelp@wlu.ca or 548-889-3766 to have the room booked manually. We expect to have fixed the bug by July 4, 2025.

Cautions

  • No turning room for a wheelchair
  • Strobe alarm (for Deaf and hard of hearing) not visible from this room
  • Tutoring not allowed
  • Room is adjacent to a quiet study area where peers may be sensitive to sounds from speakers. (For an alternative to speakers, headphones are available from the front desk)
