Glen Carruthers fondsGlen Carruthers (1954-2020) served as Dean, Faculty of Music from 2010-2020. The Master of Arts and Bachelor of Music degrees in Community Music at Wilfrid Laurier University were introduced under his leadership. Fonds consists of the personal papers of Glen Carruthers, including concert programs, autographs, photographs, and records documenting his education, research interests, and academic career. The ensemble is made up of Laurier voice students in the Practice of Opera courses and stages two on-campus productions each year. Fonds contains records relating to Opera Laurier performances such as programs, planning and promotional materials, and audio and video recordings.Edmund H. Ruehl fondsEdmund H. Ruehl (1890-1991) was a published lyricist from New Hamburg, Ontario. Edmund Ruehl often collaborated with Martin Rieck. Toronto: Anson Green, 1860.Kahkewaquonaby or Peter Jones (1802-1856) was an elected chief of the Mississaugas of the Credit Mission, an Ojibwe Methodist minister, and a translator. This posthumously published memoir was printed in 1860 and contains two mounted prints within the volume.
