New Article Processing Charges Covered by the Library

The Library has four new agreements that cover Article Processing Charges.  They are:

1. PLOS - APCs are now covered for all PLOS journals
2. Wiley - APCs are now covered for all hybrid journals
3. Canadian Science Publishing - 5 journals have full APCs coverage and the remaining have a 25% discount
4. Company of Biologists - APCs are covered for their journals
