Laurier Library is one of more than 15 members of the Ontario Council of University Libraries (OCUL) coming together to create a single academic search tool called Omni.

What is Omni?
Omni allows you to search and explore a vast, shared collection of scholarly resources that includes books, journal articles, videos, music, and more.

- Improved user experience for easier access to resources
- Quick access to +20 million high quality, academic resources from 14 Ontario university libraries
- Direct requesting of materials to your desired pick up library
- Simplified and enhanced borrowing policies, including 120-day loans for materials loaned from Laurier Library, the University of Guelph and the University of Waterloo (Note: The standard loan period for books from other Omni Libraries is 6 weeks at present)
- Improved mobile-friendly user interface
- Seamless experience accessible in both English and French environment
