Course readings borrowing policies

Course readings are heavily used readings, other materials, or exams for a course, that circulate only for a short time (1 hour to 3 days).

Possible loan periods

  • 1 hour or 3 hours (For in Library use only. Photocopiers are available in all libraries)
  • 1 day or 3 days

Fees for late returns

  • For 1 or 3 hour loans: $.05 per minute, to a maximum of $100.00 per item
  • For 1 or 3 day loans: $20.00 per day, to a maximum of $100.00 per item

Who can use course readings?

Students, faculty and staff with a registered Library card from Laurier, the University of Waterloo and the University of Guelph.
