On Sunday July 12th the Library's Omni Discovery service will undergo maintenance by our vendor. During this time users may experience minor interruptions. Following the maintenance window we anticipate that changes will be present in Omni search features and results.
On Monday, July 13, there will be brief interruptions to a number of online Library services due to planned server upgrades. These services include:

- The Library website (library.wlu.ca)
- The Archives finding aids database (libarchives.wlu.ca)
We regret the inconvenience.

March 31st every year is the "International Transgender Day of Visibility". The Library’s eresources (ebooks, databases, journals, streaming videos, etc.) continue to be available off-campus through logging in with your Laurier network authentication.
In this unprecedented time, publishers and vendors are also responding to the call and making resources available in different ways. For example, ebooks in ProQuest Ebook Central, one of our main platforms, will be open for unlimited access, for a limited time.
The Library is working to provide discoverability to these eresources but most of these free access points will be found outside of Omni.
Waterloo and Kitchener campus locations
The book return bin at Waterloo campus Library is NOT AVAILABLE to return materials.
All Brantford Public Library (BPL) locations remain closed. ALL students, faculty and staff should hold on to borrowed items until Library facilities re-open.
Laurier Library will be suspending interlibrary loan services (requesting from other libraries) for all print and physical materials such as books. Laurier and most other partner libraries have closed their physical locations.
We will be working hard to enhance the availability of electronic resources to our campus community through purchase or license of additional electronic resources or through requests for digital borrowing (digital interlibrary loan).
Dear Laurier Community,
