During the Fall 2020 term, the Library and the Robert Langen Art Gallery are teaming up with the Lotus Meditation Centre to offer a series of free-guided meditation sessions delivered live on Zoom.
Two experienced meditation practitioners, Vani and Kris, will guide us through simple breathing and chanting techniques for relaxation. Perfect for beginners and those needing a short break to recharge and refocus.
No need to use your camera or microphone unless you’d like to do so. This is the perfect opportunity to try meditation for the first time!
