Problems with your Access?
Students, faculty and staff are now automatically registered with the library. If you are having trouble signing in from off-campus or accessing your library account using your OneCard barcode and last name, you can validate your OneCard with the library.
Alumni or students in joint programmes who require access to online resources at other universities may need to register their OneCard or alumni card.
Online learning students without a OneCard can request one through the OneCard Office. The card will be mailed to you at which time you will be able to access the Library resources from home using the barcode on the OneCard as your login name and your last name as the password.
Cross registered students from UW or UG currently registered in a course at Laurier may obtain a Laurier ID card from the Laurier OneCard Office. Once you register your OneCard, you will have access to all of Laurier's resources. Your OneCard is generally activated within 24 hours.
Register or Validate your OneCard
OneCard and alumni cards can be registered or verified in person at the Circulation Desk at Waterloo campus, Brantford campus, or Social Work campus, or online by completing the appropriate form:
- Faculty/staff
- Alumni
- Joint Programmes (access online resources at the Universities of Waterloo or Guelph)
- Students (your OneCard is automatically registered)
NOTE: It can take up to 2 business days (Monday-Friday) for the Library to activate off-campus access to library electronic resources.
