The Primo search interface now lets you search for books, articles, and a whole lot more. The Primo search box has three different tabs from which to choose:
- Search: This tab searches books, journal articles and all other resources available through this search tool, including: e-books, journal titles, maps, videos, audio recordings, government documents, music scores, newspaper articles, reviews, and conference proceedings.
- Books +: This tab searches books, e-books, journal titles, maps, videos, audio recordings, government documents, and music scores available to University of Guelph, University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University libraries.
- Articles +: This tab searches journal articles, newspaper articles, reviews, and conference proceedings available through many of the library's electronic subscriptions.
Although Primo now searches many of the collections available through Laurier Library subscriptions, it is not a comprehensive search of everything that the Library subscribes to. For more information, see the updated Primo Fast Facts.
Other new features

- Multiple selection of facets with ability to include and exclude facets
- Optional personalized ranking of search results
