Did you know you have a Subject Librarian!

Did you know that every program and Faculty at Wilfrid Laurier has a specially designated Librarian to help students? So, if you are in Health Sciences or Business or English or Women’s Studies – there’s a librarian ready to help you, when you need it. To find the right librarian, take a minute or two and take a look at our Subject Librarian page.

Librarians can help you with many of your major assignments by making sure you have the research skills necessary to succeed in your classes. Librarians can help you:

  • Find topics
  • Develop research questions
  • Identify and evaluate information
  • Cite sources

Chances are you will meet your Subject Librarian in a library instruction seminar, so when you do, take a moment and say hello – who knows, your future school work might just thank you.

You can also get in touch with a librarian either by using the Book a Librarian form or by using the Ask Us form.
