Stretch Breaks

Go through a relaxing 20 minute stretch with your fellow Golden Hawks. This full-body stretch requires no equipment or workout clothes.

Join us on the main floor of the library for a study break. Come prepared to go through an easy stretch that will restore blood flow, reduce stress on over-worked muscles and help to correct those sore muscles from being hunched over those books.
